Scansano and Maremma
Maremma is breathtakingly beautiful, magic and wild in its uniqueness. A rough beauty, luxurious fields, vineyards and olive yards. Long rows of cypress trees that look like they had been here forever lie next to extensive pine woods. A display of stunning hills extending to the sea and turning into rocks or sandy beaches. Hoopoes, squirrels, wild boars, barn owls live and multiply here. Scansano is its heart. And in ours, she is above all.

Our vineyards
Our vineyards extend over 60 hectares, divided in five principal areas, detailed below. Our approach to the management of the vineyard is characterized by great attention to sustainability and the highest quality possible, trying to understand the characteristics of each year.
Cerreto Piano vineyard
Soil texture - clay and silt with a rich structure and very acid pH. Components are minerals such as magnesium and potassium, which can grant complexity to wines.

Crognoleta vineyard
Soil texture - sand with large particles. The hillock is very close to the sea opposite the Tuscan archipelago and looking westward. This is a very sunny exposure with very little rain allowing strong ripening that make very intense and yet elegant wines.
