Our production includes wines, oils and grappa’s, showcasing the highest quality the territory has to offer. The numerous prizes we have received are nothing else but an incentive to strive with always greater passion in the direction we started.

Our specialties
Extra virgin olive oils
Olive oil of superior category obtained directly from olives by mechanical process. The extra virgin olive oils are produced exclusively from olives from our old trees and processed in our mill, with the cold system integral in two phases. Certified by Control Organization authorized by MIPAAF
Our specialties
Our Grappa
Only from our fresh pomace distilled selection with traditional methods. We distillate our grappa only from fresh grape skins, within 24h from its pressing. For the steaming process we use small boilers and low degree discontinuous system; artisanal method with manual separation of heads and tails (beginning and end products of distillation) at each run. We don't add any artificial aroma so that each drop is the best expression of each grape variety.
